Although online ordering is a service we plan to offer in the near future, we are currently spending our time serving our customers the old fashioned way. While we are in transition, please print yourself a copy of the order form:

Terms

$50 minimum order. All first orders must be prepaid (approved check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or C.O.D.) Net 30 day terms available to approved accounts - please allow 4 weeks for completion of credit processing. A 2% finance charge will be assessed monthly to account balances over 30 days old. A Processing fee of $25.00, plus bank charges will be assesed on all returned checks. Back orders are accepted if over $25.00. All back orders over 30 days are automatically cancelled.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated on your order. We can also ship UPS Overight, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select at your request. Airmail is available for overseas orders. We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed as they are received. Requesting expedited shipping will only change the shipping method, not your position in the queue. All prices F.O.B. South Lyon, Michigan, U.S.A.

Returns

Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All sales are final 10 days after receipt of goods. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for merchandise returned not due to our error. Merchandise damaged in shipping should be reported to the shipper immediately. Any unauthorized return or refused order will be assesed a charge of $15 plus original shipping costs.
